Nike Golf TW13 Shoes

Watching Tiger Woods coast through the last few holes of this weekend’s AT&T National, it seemed just like old times, with Tiger holding steady on the back nine at Congressional as one-by-one his would-be challengers fell by the wayside.
For years, when you saw that red shirt and black pants on a Sunday, you knew the rest of the field was in trouble. On Sunday, that started to feel like a reality once again — even more so than in Tiger’s first two wins this year, it felt like that vintage Tiger intimidation factor was back.
Watching at home, though, I just kept looking at Tiger’s shoes. Throughout the 2012 season, Tiger has ditched his traditional black hard-leather classic-style TW’s for a tennis-shoe style shoe called the TW 13. The shoe finally hit the market in June, and every time the networks show close-ups of Tiger putting on TV, they’re all I can focus on.
The half-high top and thick laces add a little basketball-style flair to golf footwear, while the black-white-red color combo remind you just whose shoes they are. Mostly, though, they just ooze comfort — and with three wins already in Tiger’s bag this year, maybe it’s time to find out if they’re as impressive as they look.
